With the help of "entity", the hierarchical structures of the XML document are decomposed.
An entity will become a row in the new import table.

Enter the (1-based) line number of the header followed by the total number of lines to skip followed by to maximum total lines to scan in the form "[headerLine]:[dropLines]:[maxLines]"
Entity (start with "FULL:" to avoid iterated XML load for fields with outside references)
